For two months, Vincent Ravard, organic market gardener at Chapelle-Basse-Mer (Loire-Atlantique), "exploded the counters". During the confinement, he recorded three times more turnover and customers than usual. "It was a pretty tiring period with a lot of work, but we were super happy to have such a craze," said the farmer. But since the deconfinement the bellows fell completely.

The queues and the fear of catching the virus had motivated the craze, more than a profound change in the eating habits of the French.
