Second place in the ranking took Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, the three leaders closed the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
“Of the 100 participants in the rating, 38 universities represent Moscow, 13 - St. Petersburg. Of the non-capital universities, the Yekaterinburg Ural Federal University named after Yeltsin (fourth place) was the most successful in the ranking, ”the report said.
Earlier, Moscow State University was recognized as the best Russian university in the QS World University Rankings.
