It's definitely not a good week for Donald Trump with the law.
Officially, for the White House, it was to prevent the disclosure of information related to national security. An argument which therefore did not convince federal judge Royce Lamberth who has just given the green light to the publication of John Bolton's book scheduled for Tuesday.

The judge still estimated that the former national security adviser to Donald Trump had not followed the security procedure in the publication of this kind of briefs which may contain details classified as secret defense. Thousands of copies are already in bookstores, it is too late,  " explains the judge, warning John Bolton that he may well have to give up the two million dollars advanced by the publishing house.

A decision against Donald Trump. But the president, despite the rejection of his request, sees it as a victory. On Twitter, he believes that the judge's opinion that John Bolton did not follow the rules confirms his position. John Bolton broke the law,  " he wrote on Twitter.

BIG COURT WIN against Bolton. Obviously, with the book already given out and leaked to many people and the media, nothing the highly respected Judge could have done about stopping it ... BUT, strong & powerful statements & rulings on MONEY & on BREAKING CLASSIFICATION were made ... .

John Bolton's book mainly depicts the image of an incompetent president. In extracts published this week, he describes the chaotic management of diplomacy, and notably accuses Donald Trump of being ready to do anything to ensure his re-election next November, including asking for help from China.
