China News Service, June 15 (Xinhua)-According to foreign media reports, on the 15th local time, a US Air Force fighter jet crashed 74 nautical miles (about 137 kilometers) from the coast of East Yorkshire in the UK, and a pilot on board was missing.

  In a statement, the US Air Force confirmed that an F-15C fighter jet crashed at approximately 9:40 a.m. local time on the 15th. The U.S. Air Force stated that when the accident occurred, the aircraft was performing routine training tasks and there was a pilot on board.

  The cause of the plane crash is currently unclear, and the search and rescue team is working hard to find the pilot and plane.
