The National Court judge Manuel García-Castellón has asked the Scientific Police to present a report on the destruction of the stolen mobile card from Dina Bousselham, former adviser to Pablo Iglesias. From the investigation that was opened by revelation of secrets contained in that card, legal responsibilities for the leader of Podemos could be derived. In a statement to the judge, Bousselham claimed that when Iglesias returned the card, it had been destroyed and its contents could not be accessed.

The magistrate specifically asks the Scientific Police to investigate "the damage and the cause or origin thereof." Doubts about the performance of the Podemos leader after that statement by Bousselham led Anticorruption to request and the judge agreed to withdraw the condition of injured Pablo Iglesias.

In a letter to the court after her statement, the former adviser corrected her words and offered a version that saved the Podemos leader: "Regarding the merited Samsung 32 card , in which files originally contained on my mobile phone and that I contributed to the court in its day, I must say that initially when it was given to me, it worked and I verified that inside it were contained your phone.
