It was on May 2 this year that the abuse must have taken place in a town in Värnamo municipality. The now convicted Bandidos member must have struck another man in the head several times with an open hand. He must also have threatened to kill the man and a relative of him, as well as burn down the man's house.

The now convicted man has admitted the abuse, he also admits illegal threats but opposes the heading of grossly illegal threats. He also denies the headline abuse in the lawsuit because he claimed he did not intend to prevent a police report from being made.

The man is also convicted of threatening to harm a social secretary in the municipality.

The district court has set the penalty for a year in prison and the man will remain in custody until the sentence gains legal force. He is also sentenced to pay damages totaling SEK 17,000 to the victims.
