  • Naoil won Koh-Lanta, The Isle of Heroes , on Friday evening, on TF1, against Inès.
  • The former boxer, pregnant, looks serenely at her career in the game.
  • She explains at 20 Minutes that she has no regrets.

She is the big winner of an edition of Koh-Lanta , historic for more than one reason. By eliminating Claude at the post test, Naoil opened the way to victory. A sealed victory Friday evening in front of a record number of viewers, and against Inès. Since then, a new life has opened for Naoil, who will give birth in a few days.

For 20 Minutes , Naoil talks about his adventure, his strategy and the lessons and lessons that he learned from his participation in Koh-Lanta .

What is your state of mind three days after your victory?

I begin to understand that I have entered the legend of Koh-Lanta in turn. It's a bit of a tornado right now, I don't have too much time to rest…

Did you expect to win against Inès during the final jury vote?

Yes. Honestly Yes. That is why I chose her and not Claude. Facing Claude, I would have had almost no chance.

So it was a strategic choice ... You also talked about affinities.

I was happy to be in the final with Inès because she is a young woman whom I love very much. Her career is wonderful and she is very endearing. We had, in a way, similar journeys. She moved me, and I immediately liked her very much, even if, when you meet her, you get her bad temper in your face!

Two women in the final against an almost 100% male jury, was that something you had thought of too?

Not at all. But it's true that seeing a woman beat Claude on the posts, I think it's rewarding for women. We live in a world of men, I lived in a world of men in my boxing career, and even today. So it's important to show that women are capable of succeeding.

How did you experience the broadcasts of the last episodes and the way you looked at your adventure?

I was aware of my adventure. I had a clear idea of all this, but I still understood and realized certain things by seeing the images. As an adventurer, you see things that viewers don't see or understand. But we also perceive things thanks to the show that escaped us, in the heat of the action.

What for example ?

I talked about it in the final. When I saw Claude's reaction when I chose Inès, I cried. I knew he would be disappointed but his grief hit me right in the face at that time. When you're in the game, you don't pay attention to all that, to the emotions.

But there are also times when you forgot the strategy and let yourself be guided by emotion, right?

When you are in Koh-Lanta , you never forget the game, you never lose sight of where you are and why. Me, I was lucky to be with the Yellow and not to have been in danger so I did not have to play the strategy. But it is true that sometimes, with fatigue, hunger, we show our emotions a little more. We are really deeply touched by the starts because in this game, we get attached very quickly. I understand that viewers have not always understood certain behaviors because we sometimes suddenly switch between empathy and strategy.

Some candidates have received very negative feedback, including threats. How did you experience this?

I have nothing to complain about. I accepted negative feedback because it was rare and often constructive. But the attacks and threats suffered by my teammates are unacceptable. It shouldn't exist. It is unacceptable that some people have to wait until the broadcast is over before they can resume a normal life.

Are you planning to make another Koh-Lanta, like the heroes you faced?

Oh yes, of course. I only did a little bit of the adventure. I haven't shown everything I can do, I haven't experienced everything. But not immediately, not for a few years, I'm going to have to let me give birth first!
