A car almost turned over, the front destroyed, after a fall of seven meters in the Vicdessos river, in Val-de-Sos. The images relayed by the Ariège firefighters are impressive. However, the two occupants of the vehicle that fell into the watercourse on a very low level on Friday morning were only slightly injured.
According to La Gazette ariégeoise , they were able to extract themselves from the passenger compartment and join the road before being transported to the intercommunal hospital center of Val d'Ariège (Chiva) for examinations of control.
Now remains to know the causes of the accident in this new town, born in 2019 from the merger of four villages: Vicdessos, Goulier, Sem and Suc-et-Sentenac.
