The outputs of the tumultuous dialogue session held by the Tunisian parliament on Libya cast a shadow over the political scene in the country, following the sudden refusal of the Ennahda movement to sign the document of government solidarity and stability with its government partners against the background of conflicting positions and lack of harmony between them.

The parties of the government coalition (Ennahda, Long live Tunisia, the People's Movement and the Democratic Movement) were scheduled to meet on Friday to sign this seven-point document, which outlines the basics and ethics of joint government action.

And the media departments headed by the government issued a statement that Al-Jazeera Net received a copy of, confirming that the signing of the document was postponed to a later date, without specifying the timing or explaining the reasons for the delay.

The dialogue session - which was held by Parliament regarding parliamentary diplomacy towards the Libyan file - witnessed sharp differences and divisions between the components of the ruling coalition, amounting to the movement of the people and long live Tunisia on a list submitted by the Free Constitutional condemn the intervention of certain countries in Libya, while Renaissance and the democratic movement maintained their rejection.

The Ennahda movement "one of the main pillars of the government coalition" and its withdrawal from it is not an issue

The absence of government harmony.
The leader of the Ennahda movement, Rafik Abdel Salam, considered that what happened during the last parliamentary session indicates the incompatibility of the components of the government coalition on one position regarding internal and external policies, when the “movement” of people and Tunisia live in the position of the opposition and violated the principle of solidarity Government.

On the other hand, he stressed the need for the government coalition more than ever for a review, evaluation and regrouping session in light of the positions issued during the parliamentary dialogue session on Libya.

"We are convinced of the usefulness of this solidarity document, but in return we are convinced that this scene is not comfortable for all components of the coalition, and we need an evaluation pause to ensure the continuity of government work."

Abdel-Salam was surprised by the people's movement's declaration of its "position" in splitting revolutionary forces, and the fact that its positions are indicative of other things, by lining up with parties and forces countering the revolution and democracy in Tunisia and the world, according to his expression.

Observers: The traps are counting on signing the "government contract document" to avoid any cracking that might affect the future of his government (Al Jazeera Net)

Ennahdha and staying with the government
and about the possibility of Al-Nahdah withdrawing from the government coalition, the movement's leader saw that the matter is not out of the question at all as it is "one of his basic pillars", stressing the need for the rest of the coalition to adhere to the requirements of this partnership or to leave the government.

With regard to the commitment of the Ennahda movement and its leader Rashid Ghannouchi to the participation of the Heart of Tunisia in the government coalition, Abdel Salam pointed out that the political interest and the results of the elections give legitimacy to this party - the second parliamentary representative after the Renaissance - to be a partner within the government alliance.

At the end of his speech, he stressed that Al-Nahdha's refusal to sign the government solidarity document does not cancel it, but postpones it until it examines the situation and positions among the components of the ruling parties.

"The government contract document",
according to observers, Prime Minister Elias Al-Fakhfakh is counting on signing the government solidarity and stability document to purify the political atmosphere and reduce the level of tension prevailing among the leaders of the ruling parties, in order to avoid any cracking that might affect the future of his government and the country's interest.

For his part, Secretary General of the People's Movement, Zuhair al-Maghzawi, expressed in a statement to Al-Jazeera Net that he was surprised that Al-Nahdha movement refused to sign the government contract document, stressing that the positions of the People's Movement, internal and external, are freely expressed by its leaders without reference to Al-Nahda.

He explained that what brings his party with the rest of the government coalition components mainly relates to government work and coordination on draft laws that will be passed to Parliament with a view to voting on them, but without that it remains a purely partisan affair, as he described.

Concerning the accusations against the People’s Movement of aligning with the forces of the counter-revolution, which are hostile to the government and the renaissance, represented by the Free Constitutional President Abeer Musa, al-Maghzawi said that his party’s positions related to international issues - and the Libyan file in particular - are determined by him without reference to the rest of the government coalition.

The Secretary-General of the People's Movement renewed his party’s readiness to sign the document, confirming their commitment to the moment to continue the government of traps and not to withdraw from it in the interest of the national interest.

Ghannouchi adheres to the participation of the "Heart of Tunisia" in the government coalition as the second representative in Parliament after "Ennahda"

A sense of letdown
. Political analyst Abu Lababa Salem believes that during the dialogue session on Libya, Ennahdha received painful blows with a taste of betrayal from those who are supposed to be its allies in the same government, which was evident in some of the interventions of the leaders of the People’s Movement and “Long live Tunisia” before Parliament Speaker Rashid. Ghannouchi.

In his speech to Al-Jazeera Net, he stressed that after this session, Al-Nahdha sensed the dangers facing it and attempts to isolate it from its supposed allies, which made it maneuver and retract the signing of that document.

He explained that the movement is considering imposing the electoral threshold and revising the electoral law as a condition for signing the document of government solidarity, as well as its adherence to the participation of the heart of Tunisia as a major ally to confront the threat of domination and polarization that the Free Constitutional Party represents.

He concluded that the process with regard to Ennahdha has become a clear and frank screening process between forces lying in wait for government stability and the entire Tunisian revolution led by Abeer Musa, and between revolutionary forces defending the revolution and its gains led by the Ennahda movement.
