“To appoint Kondratyuk Valery Vitalyevich the chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine,” the text of the decree says.
Earlier, Zelensky appointed ex-President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili as head of the Executive Committee for Reforms in Ukraine.
