Seven people were killed today, Friday, by the American police in the southern state of Alabama, as a result of a shooting incident, whose motives have not yet been determined.
Morgan County police, in a Twitter account, said 7 people were killed in the shooting in Valermoso Springs.
She added that the adult male and female victims were without further details, and the police stated that they had launched an investigation into the murder, but did not indicate their motives or the identity of the perpetrators.
The police pointed out that there was no direct threat to the people of the area, given the location of the accident.
The United States is witnessing frequent shootings, resulting in deaths and injuries.
