After the police dispatched, 23-year-old Nozuo Eiwa was arrested at the residence, and 4 dead and wounded were found, including a woman in her 70s and a woman in her 40s who had an arrow in the head. Although a 20-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman were also injured, they were not seriously injured and were taken to hospital for treatment. According to the investigation, the two deceased were the grandmother and mother of the suspect Nozu, and the other two were his brother and another female relative. They live in the house with Nozu. The police found a bow and arrow in the house.

  Facing the police investigation, the suspect Nozu admitted that he shot and killed 4 people with a bow and arrow. He also stated that "I wanted to kill everyone (in the house)". But it is not clear why he has such a strong killing intention to his relatives. The police said that they will continue to investigate their motives for the crime and identify their mental state.
