For the first part at 15:30: Federica Gasbarro, the only Italian invited by the UN in the last Youth Climate Summit in NY and former Rome spokesperson for the environmental movement Friday For Future during the presence in Rome of its founder Greta Thumberg, Carlo Barbante, director of the CNR Institute of Polar Sciences and professor at the University of Venice, one of the leading experts in climatic and environmental reconstructions and in the development of innovative analytical methodologies in the environmental and biological field and will talk about the impact of COVID-19 in polar and Arctic regions and on Beyond EPICA and Ice Memory international research projects; Marzia Roncacci presenter of RAI TG2 Italia who will deepen the importance of news programs, scientific disclosure and the risks of false news.

In the second part, at 4:00 pm, the rector of the University of Teramo Dino Mastrocola, will study some of the university's successes, among the first in Italy, relating to the activation of high-level multidisciplinary study courses on the sustainability of the planet, in terms of legal sciences, biosciences and veterinary medicine, together with Monica Ferrante, head of university radio. Elisa Palazzi, climatologist and CNR researcher expert in research on physics, high altitude ecosystems and climate change will talk about why mountains help us understand climate change and the sentinels of the changing climate are defined.

The episode will be closed by the university student Cristina Montorsi, a volunteer of the European Solidarity Corps and one of the protagonists of the Food4U project in the framework of the National Youth Agency of the Council Presidency.
