  Logistics is an important part of unblocking the national economic cycle. In recent years, the cost reduction and efficiency of logistics have been actively promoted, and the level of social logistics costs has been steadily decreasing. However, the problems of high logistics costs and low efficiency in some areas are still prominent. Adapt to the requirements of building a modern economic system and promoting high-quality development. In order to implement the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the overall planning of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, to further reduce logistics costs, improve logistics efficiency, and accelerate the restoration of production and living order, the following opinions are now proposed.

1. Deepen the reform of key links and reduce the cost of logistics system

2. Strengthen land and capital guarantees and reduce the cost of logistics elements
