The Ministry of Education has announced the date of launching the final exams for the twelfth grade students for the academic year 2019-2020, for government and private schools applied to the curriculum of the Ministry of Education, through the distance learning system, on June 21, and will continue until 29 of the same month, while it is scheduled to announce Tables of tests and other details two weeks before its launch.

The twelfth students will resume the Emirates Standard Test (IMSAT) from the ninth of June to the eighth of next July in the four basic subjects: English, Arabic, mathematics, and physics, according to preventive and precautionary controls and procedures.

The Ministry of Education has increased the number of centers allocated to it in each emirate, and in the event that a student is not available within the scope of his emirate, he must wait until the next session, in order to ensure the interest, safety and comfort of students, and the smooth performance of the Emirates standard test «IMSAT».

The Ministry has identified eight precautionary measures to perform the «IMSAT» test: they are wearing the muzzle and the glove before entering the student to the test center, measuring the student’s temperature, and its passage in front of the thermal camera, and any student who will show symptoms similar to the symptoms of the emerging corona virus, prevented from entering the test room, The national identity must be brought, even if it has expired, and the digital ID will be accepted.

The Ministry forbade taking any family members to the testing center permanently, and family members are not permitted in the waiting rooms.

The Ministry carried out a number of central tests last May, and students from grades four to eleven are currently undergoing short central exams, during the period from May 31 to the fourth of June 2020, for the current semester.

The Ministry of Education stressed the need to adhere to four directions during the performance of the test, that each question is limited to a specific time that appears next to the question, and students must ensure that the question is answered before moving to the next question, and before the end of the time specified for the answer, and at the end of the time allotted for the question, it is not possible to answer Therefore, it is necessary to move to the next question directly, and when the student moves to the next question, it is not possible to return to the previous question.
