In particular, the law provides for doubling the allowance for children under the age of 1.5 years - up to 6752 rubles.
Also, the maximum allowance will increase for those who have lost their jobs during the decree, from 6,000 rubles to 13,504 rubles.
In addition, small and medium-sized businesses will receive the right to defer redemption payments for a period of six months to one year in case of acquisition of leased state or municipal property.
Also, small and medium-sized companies operating in the sectors of the Russian economy affected by the coronavirus will be able to terminate early lease agreements before October 1, 2020 without compensation for losses in the form of lost profit.
