The observation of this first day of recovery is that Benin has recovered almost completely in motion.

The heavy rain on Tuesday morning did not prevent Catholic faithful from finding their way to the churches. The Bon Pasteur parish of Cadjèhoun, in the heart of Cotonou, has made a comeback. A version of the "retaliation against the coronavirus" version: several handwashing devices in the courtyard, three worshipers per bench all masked. The number of masses has increased from three to eight per day to avoid crowds.

On the road, minibuses have reappeared in Cotonou. These so-called overload champion buses were reasonable. Rarely, they installed only two passengers per seat and made sure that the passengers wore a mask.

At the Place de l'Étoile rouge, the departure station for some public transport companies, traffic to the north of the country has resumed. The first bus to Parakou left at 7 am with travelers hidden and distant from each other, two seats for one passenger.

As for bars, it will be necessary to wait one hour more advanced in the day to know if they find their animation of before.
