The investigation, which received harsh criticism from trade unions, will be presented later this afternoon. But even before it was tabled, the Minister of Labor, the Center Party and the Liberals have made statements on the content.

The Liberals are essentially satisfied with the proposal.

- We must modernize labor law if we are to make it easier for employers to also dare to employ when it turns around, when we have resigned from the crisis, says Nyamko Sabuni.

C: "Decisive improvement"

The Liberals are supported by the Center Party.

"This is a very important and decisive improvement," Martin Ådahl, labor market political spokesperson for the Center Party, told TT.

The two parties have pushed for a change in labor law and the investigation is an important part of the January agreement.

Nordmark critical

Labor Minister Eva Nordmark, on the other hand, considers that the proposal has "a strong impact for the benefit of the employer", and that the directives given have not been followed.

- I want to remind her that there have been experts, labor law lawyers and economists in the investigation. The social partners have had the opportunity to give their views. And not least that the directive is actually based on the agreement in the January agreement, says Nyamko Sabuni.

According to the Center Party's Martin Ådahl, the proposal should be issued on a referral more or less immediately.

"It is urgent to get the views of the referral bodies, especially in this case," says Martin Ådahl.
