On Monday, the creditor's meeting was held in Blekinge District Court for KHK's sports company which requested reconstruction. But now that opportunity is halted after the Swedish Tax Agency has said it, reports BLT.
- We have looked at the balance sheet and believe that we cannot stand behind this. Since Idrotts AB was formed in 2017, the company has shown poor payment history and has ended up with the Kronofogden on a number of occasions, the Swedish Tax Agency's Oskar Alm said in court, according to BLT.
After a deliberation, the district court then decided not to allow a reconstruction of KHK's sports company. KHK's other company, Arenaservice, has already been declared bankrupt.
