The destination that is ready to be resumed is Ryanair's flight to Alicante, which is expected to start with a departure this week in July. The airline Wizzair will also start flying from Växjö again in July, to the destinations Skopje and Tuzla in Macedonia.
However, domestic flights depart to wait, says airport manager Ulf Axelsson to VXOweek:
- It will not be in the summer and perhaps barely in the fall, in such cases to a very limited extent. Domestic flight is what will be up and running last I think, he says.
