“Investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory opened a criminal case on the accident, which killed three people,” the press service said in a statement.
A criminal case was brought under subsection and part 6 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of Russia "Violation of the rules of the road, resulting in the negligence of the death of two or more persons."
According to the results of a medical examination, it was found that the driver was driving while intoxicated.
Earlier it was reported that in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a car driver who did not have the right to drive a vehicle, drove off the road and allowed the car to tip over and enter the store, as a result of which three people were killed and five were injured.
