Russia has reported 9,268 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours. It is the first time in a week that the daily count has exceeded 9,000 infected, but the death toll, 138, has been the lowest in several days. Overall, Russia reported 405,843 cases and 4,693 deaths. The relatively low mortality rate compared to other countries has sparked skepticism at home and abroad.
