An African-American man from Minnesota, USA, died from violent police law enforcement and caused riots. On May 28 local time, the Governor of Minnesota declared a state of emergency throughout the state and will use the state's National Guard to maintain order.
It is understood that on May 25, a 46-year-old African-American man in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA encountered violent law enforcement and was killed after 7 minutes of kneeling by the police. The man had begged "I can't breathe" during his lifetime, but was ignored. The cause of the incident was only because the police suspected that the man used $ 20 in counterfeit banknotes.
