The ex-boyfriend in his 20s is suspected of murder and violation of matrimonial peace because large parts of the body have not been found. He himself thought that instead he should be seen as a goalkeeper.

"I am the only relative of Wilma, I am a litigant in this case," he said.

During parts of the investigation, the man did not answer the questions. But on the third day in the district court, he leaned forward, wearing a white shirt, and gave his version of what happened on the afternoon of November 14.

- I must have violated the laws of physics in order to make me guilty of this, was the first thing he said and meant that he must have been in Ljungskile when Wilma was killed.

Changed its history

The ex-boyfriend explained that he and Wilma had been arguing on several occasions and that it should have culminated on November 14. Everything should have ended with Wilma leaving the apartment to go to Gothenburg.

"It's the last time I see her," said the man, who is in his 20s.

The prosecutor pressed the ex-boyfriend on several details of exactly what Wilma should have brought from the apartment.

According to the prosecutor, the story of the murder suspect does not go together because several of Wilma's belongings were found in the apartment. Among other things, they pointed to a bank card. In the interrogation, the man has said that Wilma brought the card, in the district court he told him that Wilma must have forgotten it when she went.

- I certainly messed up what you do with belongings; makeup, bag, bank card, keys ... without thinking.

"Why should I help you?"

The ex-boyfriend was also pressed on why he followed Wilma when she should have gone to Gothenburg, instead of calling her on the evening of November 14. Then the atmosphere became fierce.

"You don't believe what I'm saying, why should I help you," he said, explaining that it was the reason why he only now tells his entire version.

Police have found extensive traces of blood in every room of the apartment but also a body part, which was hidden in a wardrobe. The ex-boyfriend denied that he should have seen any of this.

- I have never seen, I would have remembered if I had cleaned up blood and I have not.
