He is Russian, scientist and is at the origin of one of the most known games in the world. In the third episode of "GAMERS", the new podcast of Europe 1 Studio which tells you the secret stories of cult video games, Jean-François Morisse returns to the extraordinary journey of Alekseï Pajitnov, the creator of the legendary Tetris.

It's a little brick game that has had a very big destiny. In 1984, Russian scientist Alekseï Pajitnov invented Tetris, a brilliant digital puzzle in which geometric pieces pile up and fit together endlessly. Without knowing it, he creates one of the most addictive games in history. A game which, even today, continues to seduce "gamers" around the world.

However, the creator of Tetris almost did not take advantage of this global success. For more than thirty years, he did not touch a kopeck on his creation! Discover his story in the third episode of the new Europe 1 Studio podcast: "GAMERS", the secret stories of video games.
