The explanation of the Lombardy Region
No deaths have been reported for Covid today in Lombardy, where the new positives were 285. The Region explains that "the flows from the hospital network and the territorial registries today have not reported deaths".

Zero deaths in Lombardy, hypothesis of data not transmitted
The absence of new deaths for Covid-19 in Lombardy, for the first time since the outbreak in February, could be caused by the failure to transmit data from the hospital network and from the registries of Common. It has already happened, on the occasion of holidays or weekends of the last months, that the data were not completely updated and the missing ones were added the next day.

Minus 19 in intensive care
The total cases are 229,858 (+531). In total, 140,479 recovered (+1,639 compared to yesterday). Intensive care patients decrease by 19 units, for a total of 553 people. 8,613 people are hospitalized with symptoms, a decrease of 82 patients compared to yesterday. 47,428 people, equal to 84% of the currently positive, are in isolation without symptoms or with mild symptoms.

Expert: contagions do not increase, good signal
Even after the reopening of a week ago "the infected are not increasing and this is a good signal but it is not definitive". We need to wait another two weeks. If in 15 days the infections do not increase "the signal will then confirm that the situation is under control". Health economist Cesare Cislaghi said this to Ansa, commenting on today's data of the Civil Protection which register 531 infected against 669 yesterday. But the virus, says the expert "continues to circulate" and "caution" is needed.
