11th anniversary of the late President Roh Moo-hyun's memorial service was held at Bongha Village in Gimhae, Gyeongnam from 11 am today.

The commemoration ceremony was held with the attendance of more than 100 people, including survivors and politicians, in order to keep distance from their lives in the event of Corona 19.

The Roh Moo-hyun group broadcasted a memorial service through the homepage and YouTube for citizens who could not attend.

President Moon Jae-in attended the memorial service in 2017, the first year of his inauguration, and he said he would not attend until the completion of his term at Chudosa Temple.

In the politics, the chairman of the National Assembly, Moon Hee-sang, Democratic Party President Lee Hae-chan, former Prime Minister Lee Nak-yeon, President Roh Young-min, and President Sang-jeong Shim of the Justice Party attended.

In particular, at the United Party, Joo Ho-young, the representative of the party, attended the memorial service after four years as the representative of the Conservative Party.

"The wish of the deceased is hoped for," said the UNDP, saying that Roh's challenging spirit, efforts to overcome authoritarianism, and a willingness to communicate have become a great example to the youth and the people now.

Today's memorial service attracted the attention of former Prime Minister Han Myung-sook, a party involved in an illegal political fund that recently raised the need for re-examination at some of the passports.

It is noteworthy whether a former prime minister will reveal his position on the allegations of re-examination of the passport after the ceremony.
