May 21, 2020 The Italia Liberty association has joined Google Arts & Culture, the technological platform developed by Google to promote and preserve online culture, in 2020 with a digital collection of over 3,500 works.






Available on https://artsandculture.google.com/partner/italialiberty masterpieces of modern and contemporary art, Street View images of the visit path of villas and Art Nouveau palaces in the world and art exhibitions.

It is possible to enjoy the digital version of the works conserved inside the Vucetich Museums in Marostica, Arte Povera and the Disco d'Epoca in Sogliano al Rubicone and the first Italian Museum of Liberty in Sarnico. 

Using Google Street View technology it is possible to make a 360 ° virtual tour of the visit route in the museums of Disco d'Epoca and Arte Povera inside Palazzo Ripa-Marcosanti in Sogliano al Rubicone; Vucetich museum in the fourteenth-century Marostica Castle and the first Liberty museum to be erected in the medieval tower in Sarnico, a city famously devoted to Art Nouveau for the enchanting architecture of villas, kindergarten and mausoleum designed by Giuseppe Sommaruga. The museum venues are directed by Andrea Speziale, a well-known expert of Liberty art in the country and President of the Italia Liberty association. In addition to the wide panorama, relevant pieces, unrelated to museum circuits, owned by private collectors who have contributed to enriching a photograph of 20th century art with unpublished contents, and that of a protagonist of the twentieth century such as Mario Mirko Vucetich known for having produced the Chess Game of Marostica. 

In the coming months, a digital exhibition will be published with the works that gave birth to the "CoronArte" movement, an artistic form born at the time of the Covid-19 virus together with the online section dedicated to the URBEX world with abandoned places that are difficult to access. Ascosi Legacies. The Italia Liberty association is currently committed to following the recovery of some Liberty buildings in Italy and abroad. The driving force of the team has already led to the protection of private villas in some seaside resorts in Romagna and aims to recover Villa Zanelli in Savona; Sammezzano Castle in Tuscany, The Bolognese colony in Rimini with the project to use it as museum spaces, education and fitness; and the Casino in Constance which could see the start of the construction site in a few months.
