She pointed to the assignment of a "case manager" for each patient, whose mission revolves around monitoring and managing the patient's condition and ensuring his safety, and arranging the hospitalization process if the need arises.
"Mubadala" confirmed that the patients under the program obtained a medical evaluation after the positive examination result appeared, in one of the external facilities determined by the program, where a case manager is appointed whose task is to manage the patient's health condition, coordinate the care services provided to him, and ensure that all his needs are met while he is in his house.
She continued: The comprehensive home care plan includes virtual or realistic visits to patients in their homes, by nursing staff, doctors or laboratory specialists when necessary.

She pointed to the possibility of expanding the program to include confirmed cases of the disease in other hospitals, who have been examined and referred by the competent health authorities, with a view to ensuring the smooth implementation of the remote care program for those infected with the "Covid-19" virus.
