The Council of State enjoined Monday the State to stop "without delay" from using drones in Paris to monitor the respect of the rules of deconfinement, because of the absence of legal framework for the use of these technical devices . According to this decision, in order to be able to use these drones, it will either need a decree to regulate their use, or equip these devices with technical devices preventing the identification of people filmed.
