Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte signed the Dpcm with urgent measures to contain the contagion throughout the national territory in view of tomorrow's reopening. Here is what the new Prime Minister's decree provides:

Those who have a respiratory infection characterized by a fever greater than 37.5 degrees "must remain at their home by contacting their doctor". This is stated in article 1 of the Dpcm, which confirms the suspension for the activities of arcades, betting rooms and bingo halls ".

The shows in theaters , concert halls , cinemas can instead resume from June 15 "with pre-assigned and spaced seats", respecting the distance of one meter for staff and spectators. A maximum number of 1000 people is indicated for outdoor performances ; 200 people for indoor shows , per single room. The regions can establish a different date in relation to the infection. The prohibition remains when there is gathering and for dance halls and discos . Remain closed arcades, betting and bingo.

From 15 June the summer camps for minors will also reopen

From tomorrow access to the church is allowed only within the distance of at least one meter. "Access to places of worship - as stated in the definitive text of the provision - takes place with organizational measures such as to avoid gatherings of people, taking into account the size and characteristics of the places, and such as to guarantee visitors the opportunity to respect the distance between them of at least one meter ". And again: "religious functions with the participation of people are carried out in compliance with the protocols signed by the government and the respective confessions referred to in annexes 1 to 7".

From 25 May the swimming pools may also reopen , but the Regions will be able to anticipate or postpone the openings. Among the rules for the use of the systems, the obligation to disinfect deckchairs, sun beds and umbrellas at each change of person or family, the possibility of measuring the temperature at all, a 'crowding density' in the tank calculated with an index of "7 m2 of surface per person". Same space must be guaranteed in the solarium areas.

From June 3, every limitation disappears - and there is no more quarantine - for travel abroad to the States of the European Union and the Schengen area, Great Britain, Andorra and the Principality of Monaco, San Marino and the City of Vatican. Travel to other countries is prohibited, "except for proven work needs, of absolute urgency or for health reasons. In any case, it is allowed to return to one's home, home or residence".
