The workshop is part of a periodic communication plan with the building and construction sector to present and discuss developments regarding improvements to the unified electronic system for building licenses.
The system introduced a number of improvements to the system, such as the optional inspection in the name of "a structural inspection request for amendment requests", and it is only available in licensing amendments, updating forms, updating licenses and certificates, as well as adding the service "requesting permission to install a billboard on the temporary fence."
The Director of the Building and Licensing Department of the Department, Engineer Ali Shujaa Al-Afifi, stated that the improvements that will be made to the electronic system for building licenses during the coming period, are to cancel drafts after 30 days from the date of creating the request, and cancel the pending requests at the customer after 30 days have passed since returning the request , And adding a page for dealers in the name of "approvals and conditions" that shows projects that have only unfulfilled conditions.
