China News Service, May 15 (Xinhua News Agency) reported that the "Red Dragon Wholesale Center", the most concentrated Chinese Romanian businessmen, has been closed for two months due to the epidemic. On May 14, local time, the management of the Red Dragon Wholesale Center posted on its official website that: "We will reopen the Red Dragon Wholesale Center on May 20, 2020."

Romania has entered the "state of emergency" of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic since March 16. On the same day, the Romanian Red Dragon Wholesale Market also announced its temporary suspension of business.

The management of the Red Dragon Wholesale Center has made some new regulations on the official website after reopening the market, including: wearing masks; washing hands as often as possible with hand sanitizer; maintaining a social distance of at least 2 meters; and prohibiting it in confined spaces3 Gather above people; do not display merchandise outside the commercial area to ensure that the passage is unobstructed. Those who violate the rules will be forced to leave the business hall.

The regulations also say that everyone should regularly clean and disinfect their stores and aisles; special methods will be used to disinfect stairs and elevators, vending machines, toilets and other public places and their equipment. The management will follow the government's decision and implement it responsibly.

The management of the Red Dragon Wholesale Center has also made some regulations on the use of regional red dragon cars.

Local Chinese media urged Chinese businessmen to consciously abide by the new regulations on the new coronary pneumonia epidemic made by the Red Dragon Wholesale Center.

Although the trend of Romania's new coronary pneumonia epidemic has been relatively stable, there has been no turning point. After the state of emergency is lifted, Romania will enter a state of vigilance from next week, indicating that the Romanian government's concerns about the epidemic and the current situation of the Romanian epidemic are still relatively serious. Everyone should not take it lightly. In particular, the Red Dragon Wholesale Center must not have a collective infection, otherwise it may not be that there is no business again. This is what the majority of Chinese businessmen do not want to see. It is hoped that the Romanian Chinese community will remain vigilant and jointly overcome the epidemic situation.

The Romanian President issued an order that the alert status will take effect after the last day of the emergency on May 14 (Thursday).

President Klaus Iohannis said in his speech that people must be vigilant during the epidemic. If the situation deteriorates, they will declare a state of emergency again without hesitation.
