Yemeni sources said that Saudi officers made direct threats to hundreds of displaced Yemenis in the camps located in the desert areas near the Al-Wadiah border crossing with Saudi Arabia, by bombing them with air if they did not leave the areas of displacement.

Sources told Al-Jazeera Net that the officers gave the IDPs 72 hours to move and evacuate their camps near the border port in which dozens of Yemeni families settled, after the confrontations with the Houthis that Al-Jouf governorate witnessed during the previous periods.

IDPs confirmed in Al-Jazeera Net testimonies that they had received threats from the Saudi forces and the official of the Security Protection Command for the port of the deposit, and told them that if they did not respond to the orders and implement them quickly, they would be under the auspices of the Apache Aviation.

A number of IDPs launched distress calls and appeals to the legitimate government as well as the local authorities in Al-Jawf Governorate, in order to save them from the situation they are living under the constant threats and interventions of the Saudi forces, even though they reside in the territory of Yemen.

The displaced Yemenis say that they live in a tragic situation there in the heart of the desert, and they live in camps that lack the most basic necessities of life after the war displaced them from their homes in the Yemeni governorate of Al-Jawf, which is one of the largest Yemeni governorates in terms of area and proximity to Saudi Arabia.
