“After carefully weighing the pros and cons, from May 12, 2020 we begin the first stage of easing the restrictions imposed and returning to a normal lifestyle,” he said.

So, from May 12, enterprises of industry and construction can resume work, including the construction of roads, schools, kindergartens and other objects necessary for the city.

Only those workers whose presence in the workshops, offices and construction sites is necessary for technological reasons can go to work. At the same time, workers with chronic diseases and pregnant women should not go out.

As the mayor explained, the return to work begins with industry and construction, since under the current conditions it is the least dangerous.

According to him, if the situation with the spread of coronavirus worsens, the canceled restrictions can be introduced again.

Temporary restrictions on trade, food, services, culture, education, sports, as well as self-isolation regimes are extended until May 31.
