According to the agency with reference to the carrier, the plane took off with 128 Russians, and in Rostov-on-Don, it will drop off 79 passengers, after which it will fly to Yekaterinburg.
Earlier, the Federal Air Transport Agency formed a preliminary schedule of export flights until May 15.
It includes flights from Turkey, Israel, Spain, USA, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.
