On Wednesday, May 6, the founder of the Alltek group Dmitry Bosov was killed. This was reported by the press service of the company. He was 52 years old.

“Dmitry was an outstanding businessman, a brave and determined innovator, a reliable partner, a sensitive and devoted friend. His passing away is a huge loss for everyone who knew him. Alltek’s friends and team bring their condolences to Dmitry’s family and friends, ”the report said.

Along with this, a message appeared on the website of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region that an audit was launched in the city of Odintsovo regarding the death of a 52-year-old local resident.

According to preliminary data, on May 6, the body of a man with a gunshot wound to the head was discovered by relatives in the territory of a household in the village of Usovo, Odintsovo District, Moscow Region. Next to the man’s body was a Glock 19 Gen4 pistol.

“At present, investigators are working on the spot, an inspection is being conducted, and relatives are being interviewed. The circumstances and causes of what happened are established, ”the SC explained.

Shortly before this, a number of Russian media, citing sources, reported that the businessman committed suicide. At the same time, TASS, citing a source in law enforcement agencies, indicated that a suicide note was not found near the deceased.

At the same time, a source close to the billionaire RBC reported that Dmitry Bosov has recently been “on the platoon” in connection with problems with the business.

“From the beginning of the year, he began to transfer all assets to himself, to dismiss employees, in May this all got worse, everyone thought he was preparing the assets for sale,” he explained.

Anton Bosov, the son of a billionaire, commented on reports of the death of his father, urging him to wait for the official version of the investigation.

“Let’s wait for the official version from the investigation and we won’t guess at the thick of jelly. I can’t tell you anything else. These are family matters, ”the 360 ​​channel quotes him.

Since 2008, Bosov has been the head of the board of trustees of the Novosibirsk hockey club Sibir.

In 2020, he took 86th place in the ranking of Russia's richest businessmen according to Forbes with a fortune of $ 1.1 billion.

As noted on the website of the ALLTEK group, this is a private direct investment company, which was founded in 1993 by graduates of MSTU. N.E. Bauman. The key business area is the production of anthracite and coal. The company is the controlling shareholder of Sibanthracite, the world leader in the production and export of anthracite and Russia's largest producer of metallurgical coal.

In addition, ALLTEK owns the Artplay architecture and design center and the Pechora LNG project, which provides for the construction of a gas liquefaction plant on the basis of the Kumzhinsky and Korovinsky fields.

As follows from the publications of the Russian media, in early April, Dmitry Bosov fired his business partner Alexander Isaev from all positions in the coal companies Sibanthracite and Vostokugol.

“Isaev was removed from all positions in the companies of the Sibanthracite and Vostokugol groups. He has no relation to the activities of companies, ”the reports said.

The reason for this decision was "egregious abuse and theft in the areas of work entrusted to him, the dissemination of false information."

Then Alexander Isaev filed a lawsuit to protect business reputation against companies owned by Dmitry Bosov. These messages are currently deleted from company sites.
