The Ministry of Health and Community Protection announced that it has conducted more than 26,000 new tests on different groups in society using the best and latest medical examination techniques, in line with its plan to expand and increase the scope of tests in the country, with the aim of early detection, and inventory of cases infected with the emerging corona virus (Covid 19) and contacts Them and isolate them.
The intensification of investigation and examination procedures, and the expansion of examinations at the state level, contributed to the detection of 564 new cases of the emerging coronavirus, bringing the total number of registered cases to 14,163 cases.
The ministry also announced seven deaths of injured people of different nationalities, due to the repercussions of infection of the new Corona virus, especially that they were suffering from chronic diseases, bringing the number of deaths in the state to 126 cases.
The Ministry expressed its regret and condolences to the families of the deceased, and its wishes for recovery for the injured.
It called on community members to cooperate with health authorities, to adhere to instructions, and to adhere to social separation, to ensure the health and safety of all. The Ministry also announced the recovery of 99 new cases of people infected with the virus, and their recovery from symptoms of the disease, after receiving the necessary health care, thus bringing the total number of cure cases to 2763 cases.
