Abu Dhabi Labor Court resolved, in 852 cases in the primary and appellate circuits, through the videoconference system, within one month of activating the remote action plan in the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, in line with the precautionary measures to prevent the emerging corona virus and maintain community safety.

The monthly statistics issued by the Abu Dhabi Workers ’Court for Remote Completed Works showed that the total number of registered cases amounted to 444 cases, which amounted to 291 cases in the Trial Chambers, and 92 in the appeal, while the number of registered execution files amounted to 43 files, and 18 restrictions that included urgent orders and grievances.

The total cases that were circulated in the Department of Labor Preparation reached 1508 cases, and the number of cases referred to the judges for adjudication reached 411 cases, while the completed work in the Labor Implementation Department recorded 3031 transactions, with 1277 trading sessions, and 1754 implementation requests that were completely completed.

The remote work statistics also showed that the Abu Dhabi Labor Court handles more than 500 electronic requests in the registration department, in addition to receiving 1265 calls from the dealers.
