Another 22% of respondents said that it is difficult to control employees at remote work, 8% believe that employees have less loyalty to the company, and 7% reported information leakage.

Among the benefits, employers called saving time on the way to the office, food costs (52%) and rent of jobs (25%).

Another 23% of respondents called the company’s ability to hire an employee from anywhere in Russia and the world one of the pluses.

According to the study, 63% of employers surveyed said they were satisfied with the company's remote work format during the period of self-isolation due to coronavirus.

However, 60% of companies do not believe that remote work is more effective than in the office.

The study was conducted in April 2020 among almost 900 companies.

Published in mid-March, the results of the study showed that in Russia 42% of employers are ready to transfer the entire staff to remote work if COVID-19 begins to threaten their business.
