According to Sakura's tourism center, the flowers attracted many visitors and it became unsustainable given the spread of the corona virus. But 77-year-old visitor Misako Yonekubo was disappointed when she looked out over the fields.
- It's very, very unfortunate. I get in a bad mood when I see this, ”she says.
