The National Organization for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management decided to ban Ramadan tents and councils, either inside homes or in public places, and a fine of 1,000 dirhams was imposed for not wearing the muzzle outside the home. Stressing that in line with the decisions of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection and the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management, the Supreme Committee for Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai headed by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum decided to partially reduce the procedures for restricting movement in the Emirate of Dubai starting today, Friday, April 24 this , Coinciding with the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, allowing more freedom of movement to secure basic needs without prejudice to the precautionary measures followed throughout the emirate and with the full preservation of strict application of the criteria set by the committee for how individuals move as well as the movement of Active commercial and business authorized vital sectors, especially service ones, and to ensure the safety and health of the community and to avoid any developments in the field of undesirable anti-virus Corona emerging (Kovid -19).   

The commission decided to allow family visits, especially with the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, and taking into account the customs and social traditions associated with the holy month, that visits are limited to first and second degree relatives, and on the condition that avoiding visiting people who are most vulnerable to infection and who are most affected by the Corona virus such as the elderly and those with chronic diseases, on The number of people in the place should not exceed 5 people.

The Commission’s decisions also include not allowing gatherings to be held, whether in public or private places, but individuals can leave their homes daily from 6 am to 10 pm with the need to preserve the preventive precautions, the most important of which is spatial spacing between individuals and wearing masks to avoid the spread of infection with the virus, and imposing a fine One thousand dirhams because the muzzle is not worn outside the home.  

The authority said that it is allowed to exercise, but it is preferable to be near the house, (walking - running - cycling) for about an hour or two, with a maximum of 3 people, with the following precautions taken, especially the spatial distance of two meters and wearing gags.
