Today, the National Center for Search and Rescue, in coordination with the Facilities and Coastal Protection Authority, carried out a rescue and medical evacuation mission for seven people after their boat exploded. Six Emiratis and two Jordanians were aboard the boat.
The center has towed the boat by the Facilities Protection Agency from the accident site to the industrial island of Sayfah, while two people were sent to Shakhbout Medical City to receive the necessary treatment while ensuring that all precautions are taken.
