Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, the United Party actually won most of the districts. The Democratic Party had fewer seats in Busan than in the general election four years ago.

In the 20th general election, the old Saenuri Party only had 27 seats, but four years later, Busan, Ulsan, and most parts of Gyeongnam were colored pink.

In Busan Busan Gap, which was considered as the battlefield, former Busan Mayor Seo Byeong-soo of the United Party defeated former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Democratic Party, Young-chun Kim of Democratic Party.

Candidate Seo Bum-soo, the younger brother of candidate Seo Byung-soo, was also elected in Ulju, Ulsan, with the sign of the United Party and the brothers joined the National Assembly.

If you look at 16 seats in Gyeongnam, the 12 consolidated party added 1 independent candidate Kim Tae-ho and the conservative camp took at least 13.

The Democratic Party, which currently has 10 seats by adding 8 seats in the last general election and 2 seats in the re-election election, has had fewer seats in the PK area.

So far, Congressman Park Jae-ho won candidate Lee Eon-joo, and Congressman Jeon Jae-soo won candidate Park Min-shik.

In addition, in Gyeongnam, Democratic Party had to be satisfied with getting three seats, including the victory of candidate Kim Jeong-ho in Gimhae-eul, Gyeongnam, where former President Roh Moo-hyun's grave remains.
