“According to the facts stated in the media, the investigating authorities of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow organized a pre-investigation check,” the statement on the website of the regional office of the IC of Russia said.
The department said that at the moment, investigators establish all the facts of what happened.
