Another measure of support, as noted by Sukharev, may be the provision of this category of specialists with additional leave after the end of special measures introduced because of the pandemic.
“I ask you to consider the possibility of providing the medical personnel involved in the fight against coronavirus infection with additional paid leave of 28 days after the completion of the special measures regime,” the appeal said.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with heads of Russian regions, called for additional payments for doctors who work directly with patients with coronavirus.
In particular, doctors should be assigned a payment of 80 thousand rubles, the president said.
