“On suspicion of illegal production of psychotropic substances, three citizens of the Republic of Ukraine were detained,” Irina Volk quotes TASS as the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to her, the detainees created a drug laboratory in the house they rented in Serpukhov district of the Moscow region.
“A chemical study confirmed that the psychotropic substance mephedrone with a total weight of about 9.5 kg, which is approximately 28 thousand single doses, was seized by law enforcement officials,” she added.
March 4 in Cherepovets stopped the activities of an organized criminal group involved in the distribution of drugs.
Also in November 2019, the largest drug laboratory in recent years was liquidated in the Serpukhov district of the Moscow region.
