According to the provisions of the Implementation Opinions, when enterprises and other market entities handle the establishment, alteration, and filing of registration services in the municipal market supervision and administration department, their registered domicile shall be the address of the legal document pledged to be confirmed by implied means by law. Enterprises and other market entities can separately fill in other addresses in the "Legal Document Delivery Address" column of the Beijing Enterprise Registration eWindow Service Platform. As the delivery address of the legal document promised to be confirmed, the people's court shall give priority to the address they have filled service.
If an enterprise or other market subject raises an objection to the validity of the legally-served legal document delivery address to receive the delivered legal document through the relevant procedures, the people ’s court and the market supervision and management department shall review and deal with it according to law.
