The opinion draft clearly states that the subsidy standard for substantial increase is divided into six subsidies. The market rental subsidy standard takes into account factors such as the city ’s economic and social development level, financial affordability, and housing market rent level. It is determined in six levels based on the guaranteed family population structure and income level. .

Except for Huairou, Pinggu, Miyun, and Yanqing, the maximum subsidy standard for households of 2 or less is 2,500 yuan and the minimum subsidy standard is 1,000 yuan; the maximum subsidy standard for households of 3 and above is 3,500 yuan and the minimum subsidy standard is 1,200 yuan. The market rent levels in the four districts of Huairou, Pinggu, Miyun and Yanqing are relatively low, and the market rent subsidy standard is determined by 60% of the city's standard.

At the same time, most of the household market rental subsidies will be strengthened. If there are severely disabled or severely ill persons in the family members and the family members are all over 60 years old and have no children, a market rental subsidy standard can be raised according to the application. For houses in areas other than the six districts of Dongcheng District and Xicheng District Family Leasing City, and the house leasing contract is handled in accordance with the provisions of this Municipality for leasing filing registration, two levels of market rental subsidies may be raised.
