Except for Huairou, Pinggu, Miyun, and Yanqing, the maximum subsidy standard for households of 2 or less is 2,500 yuan and the minimum subsidy standard is 1,000 yuan; the maximum subsidy standard for households of 3 and above is 3,500 yuan and the minimum subsidy standard is 1,200 yuan. The market rent levels in the four districts of Huairou, Pinggu, Miyun and Yanqing are relatively low, and the market rent subsidy standard is determined by 60% of the city's standard.
At the same time, most of the household market rental subsidies will be strengthened. If there are severely disabled or severely ill persons in the family members and the family members are all over 60 years old and have no children, a market rental subsidy standard can be raised according to the application.
