WHO Director Tiedros Adhanom said that some countries have recorded in their reports that 10% of health sector personnel have been infected with Corona virus, while concern is growing that the epidemic is spreading more and more among members of the medical staff in the world.
These fears come as medical personnel are considered the first blocking wall, and they deal with the injured from the moment they suspect their health conditions, until they recover or die.
Health workers, including doctors, nurses, and assistants at various locations, many of whom have joined the departures, and others have found themselves in quarantine or medical isolation, since they were from the first moment of the virus outbreak on the first frontline, at zero distance.
The infection has already spread and killed more than a hundred doctors in Italy, fifty in Iran and twenty in Britain, and the numbers exceed the speed of their pursuit, which made the anxiety they feel infiltrated their colleagues in the World Health Organization.
